Full-text paper upload instructions

Uploading a full-text paper is as easy as following some simple steps:

  1.     Do you have an account on our website?
    Yes, I have No, I don't have
    • If you already have an account, go to the "log-in" page ( HERE ).
    • Enter the e-mail and password of your Casee 2018 account and proceed to the user admin section.
    • If you don't have an account already on our website, proceed to the registration page ( HERE ).
    • We strongly recommend creating an account using the same e-mail address that was used to register the abstract.
    • Carefully fill the registration form; the bigger one, labeled with "Register here". Don't forget the e-mail and password that you used for registration, as you will need these credentials later.
    • If the registration form was properly filled, you will be prompted to check your e-mail inbox for a validation message from us. You can also check your "spam" folder.
    • In the validation e-mail, click on the validation link. You will be redirected to our website and informed that your account was successfully validated.
    • Go to the "log-in" page ( HERE ).
    • Enter the e-mail and password of your Casee 2018 account and proceed to the user admin section.
  2.     Find "My papers" entry in the user admin menu
    • In your account, you should look for the main menu (left side of the screen) and find an entry named "My papers".
    • Only the users that have an approved abstract will see this menu item ("My papers").
    • Since the full-text upload rights are granted manually, please contact us if you have an accepted abstract and cannot see the "My papers" menu item.
    • Also, keep in mind that it may take 24-48 hours for the new accounts to gain the full-text upload rights. If, by accident, this doesn't happens, please contact us.
  3.     Uploading your full-text paper
    • Please see the image below for a visual reference.
    • In the "My papers" section you can see an upload form . It is marked with the "Add a new paper (full text)" label.
    • Please fill the title of your paper, select the scientific section that the paper belongs to and finally choose the file from your computer.
    • Click the "Save" button.
  4.     Made a mistake?
    • If you are not satisfied with the title, the section or the uploaded file, you can delete it. You will see a red "Delete" button near your paper (see the photo below).
    • After you delete the file, the upload form will appear again in the "My papers" page and you can re-upload.
    • Please be advised that deleting and re-uploading will be de-activated after the full-paper uploads deadline date.
